I Think I'm Going To Be A Grandma
I think I'm going to be a Grandma! One day we were camping, and I found a grasshopper. I named it Saw, because it had legs like a saw. I like this grasshopper because it is green, and it's a big grasshopper. I took the grasshopper home, and I put him in my bug habitat.
Today, when I woke up, I saw some white stuff that was sticking together inside the bug box. It was on the roots of the tree. There was some other white stuff, but it didn't stick together. It could be grasshopper eggs, but we're not sure.
Here is a picture of the grasshopper and its' eggs. I'll be writing more about my grasshopper later.

Surprise!
Ring. Ring. My alarm clock rings at 4:45 a.m. I go to wake up my brother and we all scurry down the stairs. First we get the cards and the present. Then we get the balloon. Last but not least we get the cake, licorice, and chocolate-covered raisins. Mom comes down to the kitchen, and she sees the table nicely set. Daniel and I are hiding. Daniel is hiding in the cubby, and I am hiding in the corner. When we hear Mom say how nice it looks we go out and sing to Mom, "Happy Birthday!"
I felt excited about preparing Mom's Birthday, and what Mom would say. At first I thought it was scary to go and wake up Daniel, so I hurried to wake him up. But when we went downstairs I felt more brave because Daniel was with me. Mom says that we prepared her breakfast for her. We had cake for breakfast.
After that we went for a walk down to the pond.

Cavity Free
Today I went to the Dentist. They cleaned my teeth and polished them. I was second who was going to get my teeth checked. And what do you know! No cavities for Mom, Daniel and me. Dad wasn't there, and so I don't know when his dentist appointment is. But hopefully, he won't get any cavities, just like all of us.

Why I Chose The Snail
I like the Snail because it looks so funny to me. I like to see their antennaes poke up. I have a lot of love for animals, and a snail is an animal.
